Absolutely, we know things change so you have up to 7 days out to make adjustments. After the 7 days you are subject to fees. Any deposits paid will not be adjusted.
We do provide these services per request for an additional fee. Farmhouse tables we setup for free. Setup and strike services must be arranged in advance.
Rental delivery fees start at $80 on way and increase based on rental quantity, distance traveled, labor involved, late night pickup’s and specific delivery times. Deliveries will be dropped off and picked up at the same convenient location.
Things happen in life that cause events to be cancelled. We do not refund any monies paid on orders due to the fact that we have pulled these items from our available inventory to other clients. We are happy to give you a credit for a future event date. Cancellations must be made in writing, no less than 30 days prior to the event. At this point we will waive the final payments. If cancellation is made within 30 days of the event date, client will be charge in-full. We highly encourage clients to obtain event insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or rescheduling of events.
